Greetings Members and Supporters,
We have just wrapped up our first quarter of business. The quarter had its ups and downs but our member dealers were resilient and had a profitable quarter. We have many strong dealers in our portfolio and our members are willing to share their strategies with fellow members when called upon to do so. Most experts predict that in 2015 the U.S. Auto sales will hit a record high. Therefore, we feel that our dealers will have another profitable quarter. However, if you are a dealer member and feel that you are struggling to hit your goals and objectives, please feel free to reach out to your association, we are willing and ready to assist you.
In order to keep our commitment of providing quality service to our members, Ford MDA will hold our annual conference/membership meeting August 24th and 25th
in Las Vegas, Nevada. Please mark your calendar and join us in Las Vegas as we provide you with timely Ford information and tools for your dealership. As with any organization, the success of our conference depends upon your continued participation.

Ford continues to maintain its commitment to minority dealers and stand by our association as we continue to grow and provide our members with quality services. We are excited about Ford’s participation with our association and the potential we have working together to make our dealer association the best in the industry.

For many years our minority dealers have maintained a strong relationship in Washington DC with many members of Congress. I am happy to report that the board has made it a priority for our association to forge an even stronger relationship with members of Congress. Our Legislative Committee will be chaired by Mr. Sil Gonzales. Mr. Gonzales has many years as a dealer advocate and is very passionate about increasing our relationship with members of Congress. Further, I know many of you support your local members of Congress and we will continue to develop a list of Congressmen and Congresswomen that we support and who also support our organization.
